In addition to the International Conference "Progress in Biogas" IBBK offers a 6-day study-tour. Starting September 24, 2007 in Stuttgart the participants of the tour will visit planners of biogas plants, manufactureres of components and biogas plants as well as biogas plants with new or groundbreaking concepts or technology in Germany and the BeNeLux-countries. The tour will be finished on September 29, 2007 in Hamburg.
During the study tour will be visiting the following destinations:
- Manufacturer of steel digesters, Germany
- Planer and manufacturer of complete biogas plants, Germany
- Biogas plant for digesting chicken manure, Germany
- Biogas plant with micro gas turbine and waste heat driven drying of digestates, Germany
- Dry digestion biogas plant in batch operation, Germany
- Biomethane to natural gas grid, Germany
- Anaerobic filter for treating highly loaded waste waters, Belgium
- Manufacturer of biogas operated CHP, Germany
- Biogas filling stations for cars, Germany
- Research facility for biogas, Germany
- Biogas plant for digesting organic wastes, Germany
- Utilisation of surplus heat from biogas plant in FiFa soccer stadium, Germany
The complete package price for the study tour is 1290 Euro (plus 19% VAT), it includes:
- extensive documentation,
- travel by bus,
- 5x standard accommodation in double rooms (single rooms have to be booked seperately at 200 Euro extra charge),
- breakfast and one meal per day with drinks,
- excursion and entrance fees.
Not included:
- travel to Stuttgart and from Hamburg,
- further meals and drinks.
